Site Manager

About the Role:

Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager - Pressure Washing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our cleaning and pressure washing projects across multiple client sites in the Atlanta area.

The Site Manager will serve as the company’s eyes on the ground, working both from our office and directly at project sites to guarantee that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field teams and ensure all work is performed in line with project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Conduct regular visits to job sites to assess progress, address any issues, and support field employees.

• Serve as a liaison between office staff, clients, and field workers.

• Ensure all employees are properly executing their tasks and following protocols.

• Maintain detailed reports on project performance and site conditions.

• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for projects.

• Be available to respond to urgent site issues during and outside normal business hours when needed.

Work Schedule:

• Regular office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Must be flexible to work outside these hours (including some evenings or weekends) based on project demands.

• This is a salaried position and not paid hourly.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Reliable transportation to travel between office and job sites.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in site supervision or project management is a plus.
