A leading business process outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic Corporate Legal Counsel to advise on legal matters and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and an active bar certification. This role will involve contract negotiation and managing corporate governance, all while working remotely.
