We are seeking multiple energetic and dynamic Sales Ambassadors and Team leaders to join our vibrant team throughout the state. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty and sales growth. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and passion for marketing will help showcase our products and services through lively interactions, product demonstrations, and event marketing initiatives. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales, customer service, and social media management skills while representing a forward-thinking brand.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits
  • Collect valuable customer data to enhance marketing strategies and improve service delivery
  • Focus on attaining feedback on customer preferences such as flavors, aesthetics, and willingness to repurchase. In addition to traffic and sales from shops and gas’s stations.
  • Leading small regional teams to meet and exceed goals.
  • Manage social media platforms by sharing updates, responding to inquiries, and promoting upcoming events
  • Lead brand awareness campaigns through event marketing activities at various locations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Conduct public speaking engagements during promotional events to effectively communicate brand messages
  • Support sales initiatives by upselling products and encouraging repeat business through positive interactions and reaching daily sales goals.

Experience

  • Previous experience in E-cigarettes, vaping and disposables or retail environments is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in both English and another language (bilingual preferred)
  • Experience in data collection, social media management, or event marketing is a plus
  • Proven ability to deliver product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to speak confidently in public settings and represent the brand professionally
  • Familiarity with branding principles and basic marketing concepts is advantageous
