As a BDC Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, managing interactions with both potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads through phone calls, emails, and web chat interactions. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute significantly to our sales objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with potential customers via telephone, email, and chat to assess their needs and direct them towards suitable products or services.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Follow up on all leads to ensure clients are well-informed and all communications are completed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Achieve monthly targets as defined by the sales leadership team.

Requirements:

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.
  • Quick learner with the capability to adapt to new software systems.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience in automotive sales or a similar high-demand retail environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Bilingual abilities.
