We’re hiring a Floating Service Technician who will travel between communities within our Atlanta multifamily portfolio, lending a hand where extra support is needed. You’ll work side by side with onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best—all while being recognized for your expertise.

What You’ll Do:

· Travel to different properties and provide hands-on service support.

· Handle service requests and unit turns with speed, skill, and professionalism.

· Bring your HVAC certification and technical know-how to every job.

· Deliver friendly, helpful service to residents and teammates.

· Be a reliable, go-to problem solver when properties need an extra hand.

What We’re Looking For:

· HVAC certified (required).

· Experienced service tech with a variety of repair and maintenance skills.

· Professional, dependable, and efficient.

· Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills.

· Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.

· Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
