Senior Office Operations Manager
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create and execute strategic and tactical goals to satisfy the organization's, Vision, Mission, and CORE Values.
- Responsible for the department and individual goals for each team member.
- Hire, train, supervise, develop and evaluate the Case Management Team leadership and staff.
- Oversee team schedules, workflows, and efficiencies.
- Assigning responsibilities based on each staff member's strengths and providing ongoing support and feedback are crucial for a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Ensure the efficient execution of policies, procedures and processes are compliant and carried out properly.
- Responsible for managing client interactions and communications smoothly by facilitating communication between attorneys, support staff, and clients to ensure a clear and effective exchange of information.
- Collaborates and works closely with the technology, legal, compliance, human resources, and marketing teams.
- Maintaining and managing the weekly Performance Dashboard.
- Ability to lead, develop, and teach others through strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Three or more proven years of experience managing a successful team.
- Proven experience hiring and training a team.
- Paralegal and law firm experience required.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Ability to build community and camaraderie
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must be precise in gathering, organizing, and filing documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must develop relationships and work well as a team.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Personal injury experience in a law firm preferred.
- Strong desire to grow a team and help the organization grow.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move inside the office to access cabinets, machinery, etc.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, is preferred, and/ or equivalent experience can be substituted on a year-per-year basis.
