Assistant to Officer VP
- Develop and strengthen strong working relationships with others.
- Ability to interact with all functional levels and business areas.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, emails, calls, and other important logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information for senior executives.
- Partner with other administrators and staff to ensure cross functional alignment, efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities.
- Provide administrative and office support both virtual and in person. Example: note taking, spreadsheet creation, presentation creation, meeting facilitation.
- Organize team communications and research, plan and execute events.
- Comfortable working in a mobile, interactive environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, Teams, Onenote, workday, Miro, etc. and efficient at learning new technology. Willing to adopt as new systems come out. Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Travel Requirements: 20% Required Level of Education: High School Diploma Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
