At the Brooks-Aderholt Agency, we help working families protect what matters most: their income, their home, their kids' future, and their peace of mind. We're growing our Leadership Team in Alpharetta, GA — and we're looking for driven people who want to build a real career and lead others in their community.

This is not a desk job and it's not a call center. You'll sit with real families virtually, have real conversations, and make a real impact. You don't need a background in insurance — you need drive, consistency, and the ability to connect with people. We'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Do

• Meet in office to help train and develop new and existing agents.
• Lead through example: walk clients through protection plans that cover their income, mortgage, children's education, and final expenses. Helping families and your team in office.
• Help clients select the right coverage based on their needs and budget
• Follow up with existing clients to review and update their policies
• Complete new business applications and guide clients through enrollment
• Attend and conduct weekly in-office team training and professional development sessions

What We Need From You

• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Coachable mindset — you're open to learning a new industry from scratch
• Willingness to get licensed — licensing is discussed during the interview, including options that don't require you to pay out of pocket, plus reimbursement opportunities
• Available full-time, primarily Monday through Friday
