Hospice Clinical Manager
Clinical Manager – Hospice - RN
We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well-run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Atlanta, GA area. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $100,000-$110,000
- Health Insurance-Employer Pays up to 72% of Premium
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 Per Mile
- PTO-80 hours in Your First Year
- Paid Holidays-6 Federal, 2 Floating Holidays
- Retirement Package: 401(k) with 3% Match
- Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Day to Day Operations, Activities, and the Patient Care Staff
- Oversight of Activities in Gwinnett And Surrounding Areas
- Manages Case Management Staff
- Serves In a Leadership Role
- Receive Case Referrals
- Reviews and Evaluates Each Case
- Monday-Friday- 8:30 to 5:00
- Will Handle After Hour Call if Arises
- Will Participate in the Administrator On Call Weekly Rotation
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- 5 years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience
- 2+ Years of Leadership Experience in a Hospice or Home Health Setting
- 2 Years of In-Home Patient Care Experience
- Familiarity with EMR systems
