What You'll Do

• Receives new sales orders entered or instructions of modified sales orders from inside sales. Works in real time to meet the needs of the customer
• Schedules orders for shipment. Including managing the following aspects- Verifying availability of inventory, Ensuring freight providers can meet the customers delivery needs, Ensure warehouse/shipping teams have availability and capacity for dispatch
• Coordinates with production to ensure inventory availability
• Determines, provides & maintains “available to promise dates” for out-of-stock inventory. Reports back to inside sales and customers to negotiate schedule ship dates or provide acceptable alternative product substitutions
• Provides freight quotes to Inside Sales / customers
• Coordinates with shipping supervisor or logistics vendor to Schedule / book freight to meet needs of order/customer
• Coordinates with shipping supervisor to schedule shipping crews at plant or 3rd party warehouses/vendors to meet shipping need
• Triage complaints received and coordinate activities to successful resolution

What You'll Need

• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
