Our agency opened in 2004 and is a close-knit team of four backed by over 36 years of experience with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers. Im a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
We stay actively involved in the community, especially supporting youth-focused initiatives like back-to-school drives, holiday events, and career day programs. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
