We’re expanding our support team to include a Project Manager who will contribute to our mission of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest. This role is crucial in driving project execution, enhancing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our organization and lead complex projects across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and team members, translating business needs into actionable project plans. You will oversee project phases from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Initiation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Establish project governance frameworks and communication strategies.
Execution & Monitoring:
- Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks, and set clear expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage dependencies.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Conduct regular status meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, team members, and executive management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Document lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement within project teams.
Project Closure:
- Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
- Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.
- Transition completed project outputs to operational teams.
- Archive project documentation for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
