If you bring energy, excitement, and a big smile everywhere you go—Urban Air is the place for you! We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and fun-loving individuals to join our team as Party Hosts!

This role is paid $2.50 per hour, which is the service wage, and is eligible to earn tips. Our Party Hosts average $90 in tips per shift, but the sky’s the limit!

What You’ll Do:

🎈 Greet party guests with a smile—they’ll love you, and so will their parents! (Plus, they tip well!)
🎂 Make every birthday kid feel like a VIP with high-energy hosting, awesome games, and smooth event execution.
🍕 Serve up delicious pizza, bring out the cake, and keep the party flowing seamlessly.
🎶 Keep the energy HIGH—hype up the crowd, lead fun activities, and create unforgettable memories!
🦸‍♂️ Be a team player—help out in different park positions so every day feels fresh and exciting!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must be at least 16 years old
✅ No experience? No problem! We’ll train you!(Retail or hospitality experience is a plus.)
✅ A big personality—outgoing, fun, and ready to engage with guests!
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
✅ Availability to work at least two weekends per month (Friday-Sunday).
