Overview

Skylight Roofing & Restoration Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential roofing and skylight solutions, and we’re looking for a professional who is passionate about helping homeowners protect and enhance their property.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience (preferably in roofing or related fields), strong communication skills, and the drive to generate leads, build trust, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Prospect new clients through door-to-door canvassing, networking, cold calling, and referrals .

• Conduct free roof inspections and explain findings to homeowners with professionalism and confidence.

• Present estimates and proposals clearly, helping clients understand their options.

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → inspection → proposal → closing.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and contracts in the CRM (AccuLynx).

• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to share strategies and drive overall growth.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring homeowners feel supported from start to finish.

Requirements

✅ Experience in roofing sales or related fields (preferred).
✅ Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals independently.
✅ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and client relations.
✅ Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and face-to-face interaction.
✅ Proficiency with CRM software (AccuLynx experience is a plus).
✅ Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
