We're Hiring: Machine Press Helpers to join our growing team in Rome, Georgia .

Shift: Nights 7pm-7 am

Compensation: $18.00-$24.00

• Competitive hourly pay + shift differential $1.50 for hours working on nights 7pm-7am

In this role you will...

As a Press Machine Helper , you will be responsible to assist the operator in all the functions required to produce a quality product and to do the work in a safe manner by following company policies and procedures. They are responsible for ensuring that the product does not become contaminated in any way and the equipment is maintained in a manner that ensures that it operates as designed and is safe at all times

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with press setup and operation
• Load and prepare raw material rolls for production
• Retrieve ink, plate cylinders, and components for upcoming jobs
• Monitor ink viscosity and press quality during runs
• Clean and maintain press equipment to meet safety and food safety standards
• Label and handle waste, including hazardous waste materials
• Keep your workstation organized and compliant with SQF food safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work night shifts on a 3/2 rotating schedule
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
• Lift up to 50 lbs
