ABOUT THE ROLE
LoadUp is redefining the tech-enabled home services marketplace. We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing who marries high-level growth strategy with a deep, tactical understanding of performance marketing.
This is a high-impact, autonomous role for a growth architect who thrives on building scalable DTC engines. You won’t just sit in high-level strategy meetings—you will own our digital marketing ecosystem, optimize our multi-million dollar paid media spend, and build the growth loops that drive our marketplace footprint. If you love data-driven experimentation and want the freedom to execute without corporate red tape, this is your sandbox.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Architect Growth Strategy: Own the end-to-end performance marketing roadmap, setting clear KPIs for customer acquisition, LTV, and CAC optimization.
Scale Paid Media: Provide strategic oversight and tactical guidance for a high-spend paid ads budget across search, social, and programmatic channels.
Conversion-Led Creative: Partner with creative teams to drive a high-velocity testing framework focused on conversion-centric design and performance assets.
Marketplace Optimization: Leverage a deep understanding of two-sided marketplaces and DTC growth funnels to scale our local home services footprint.
Data-Driven Execution: Turn real-time attribution data into actionable marketing campaigns, moving rapidly from insight to execution.
WHAT YOU BRING
DTC & Marketplace Expertise: 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with a heavy focus on DTC acquisition and/or tech-enabled marketplace dynamics.
Proven Performance: A track record of scaling high-velocity digital marketing budgets while improving efficiency (CAC/ROAS).
Playbook Builders Only: You have "been there, done that" in a fast-growing environment and excel at building frameworks from scratch rather than waiting for a playbook.
Analytical Rigor: Deep fluency in modern growth tech stacks, attribution modeling, and platform mechanics.
WHO YOU ARE
A "Get It Done" Leader: You value results over polish and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the data or the ad manager.
Performance-Obsessed: You live and breathe CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimization.
Platform Fluent: You understand how tech platforms and logistics engines connect to the marketing funnel.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
90 Days: You have mastered the mechanics of the LoadUp marketplace model, audited current channels, and identified immediate low-hanging efficiency wins.
180 Days: You have established a predictable, scalable demand generation engine hitting consistent monthly acquisition targets.
