This role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently with oversight from project managers.

- Technical Support: Ability to understand technical (e.g. CRM, project management, virtual training, website) platforms, including navigating key features, pulling data metrics, and addressing technical issues.
- Work with demanding, high-tempo reporting schedules for clients under manager guidance.
Requirements
Essential:
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze needs, identify gaps, develop solutions, and think proactively about challenges. Ability to determine when it is appropriate to escalate issues and progress to managers.
- Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while working on multiple projects; ability to prioritize effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information for diverse professional audiences.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks forward under manager oversight.

- Technical Capability: remote working, minimal IT (fix small issues, operate cloud based applications).
- Commitment: Genuine interest in Moonshot's mission to reduce online harms and prevent violence.
- In addition, we require and will check on candidates' eligibility to work in the US. Candidates will be expected to undertake and pass any relevant security clearance procedures per clients' needs.
Desirable:
- Professional knowledge or experience in behavioral threat assessment, school safety, hate crimes, targeted violence, terrorism, or other violence prevention areas.
- Research and/or data analysis skills.
- Project management experience.

- 24/7 access to free counseling via our Employee Assistance Program.
- 3% matched 401k contributions.
