The selected applicant will have the pleasure of providinga broad range of paraprofessional social services to patients/clients/consumers and their families. In addition,with conductingpatient/client/consumer intakes, participates in treatment team planning, and performs crisis intervention. Additionally, the applicant mayassistin dealing with personal and social problems. Select applicant may provide supportive counseling to consumers and families and/or serve as a liaison for social services and perform case management duties. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two years experience in a social service-relatedposition Or Bachelors degree in a social service-relatedfield Or One year at the lower level or position equivalent. Position requires a valid drivers license and must be a Certified Peer Specialist (Applicant must have a mental health diagnosis with a minimum of one year of recovery and have a certificate (CPS) OR become CPS Certified within 6 months).
