We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable Personal Development & Lifestyle Support Specialist to work one-on-one with a 23-year-old college graduate in the Atlanta area. This role is focused on lifestyle support, accountability, and motivation rather than a traditional personal assistant position. There is one dog in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day lifestyle support, structure, and accountability.
• Accompany and actively participate in sports and fitness activities such as basketball, gym workouts, and outdoor recreation.
• Encourage and support a healthy, active, and structured daily routine.
• Motivate and accompany the client to social outings, events, and activities.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing daily routines and goals.
• Serve as a positive role model, fostering confidence, consistency, and follow-through.
• Travel locally with the client for planned outings and excursions.
• Maintain a professional, loyal, and supportive working relationship.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate.
• Young, active, and athletic with a strong sports background (basketball experience is a significant plus).
• Comfortable with an active lifestyle and fitness-focused routines.
• Strong coaching or mentorship mindset.
• Highly accountable with excellent follow-through.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ solid years of Personal Development & Lifestyle Support Specialist experience.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.

The ideal candidate will function as a trusted support professional and mentor, helping with daily structure, habit-building, planning, and overall lifestyle execution, while actively participating in fitness and recreational activities.
