Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Assisting clients with property inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information on available properties

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document preparation

- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services to accurately address customer inquiries and concerns

- Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of the real estate industry

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Professional and courteous demeanor

- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
