We are located in Powder Springs, Georgia, where you would play a key role in managing, and mentoring a dedicated team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Manager at TWIGS Farmers Market located in Powder Springs, GA. The Frontend Manager will be responsible for overseeing front-end development, providing excellent customer service, conducting hiring processes, managing sales, and handling retail loss prevention. The Frontend Manager will also ensure that the front-of-store operations run smoothly, improving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. The Front End Supervisor plays an integral role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while maintaining an efficient checkout process. This position involves overseeing the front end operations, which includes managing cashiers and customer service representatives, to ensure that the store’s appearance and workflow meet the company’s standards. By coordinating the activities at the front end, this supervisor ensures that customers receive prompt and courteous service, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, thereby acting as a bridge between the customers and the store’s management team. Through effective leadership and operational management, the Front End Supervisor contributes to the overall success and smooth running of the store.

Front End Supervisor Job Duties

• Oversee and manage all front-end operations, including cash registers, customer service, and checkout lines, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, and supervise front-end staff, including cashiers and customer service representatives, to ensure adherence to company policies and high standards of service.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels at the front end, including supplies for cash registers, bags, and customer service materials, to ensure availability and operational readiness.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols among front-end staff, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment for employees and customers.
• Coordinate with the store management and other departments to facilitate smooth operations, including addressing any logistical challenges that affect the front end.
• Analyze sales data and front-end performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the front-end area, ensuring a positive first impression for customers entering the store.
