Clinical Supervisor - MedSurg, Evenings

As the Evening Shift Clinical Supervisor, you will be the trusted clinical and operational leader supporting nursing staff after business hours—removing barriers, advocating for nurses, and ensuring patients continue to receive safe, timely, high-quality care.

Qualifications:Education
- Graduate of a nursing program Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting Required
- Participation in continuing education and maintenance of current knowledge for the care of patients in assigned unit(s) Required
- Previous supervisory experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse Required
Additional Licenses and Certifications
- Valid BLS certification Required
