As a **Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Driver** in **Atlanta, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere at a retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help discourage unwanted activity, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. This post is primarily a driving position, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle as you uphold our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all patrons and staff.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or potential hazards to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership as required.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide information related to security-related procedures and protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant security-related activities as directed by site-specific requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
