Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia , in good standing
• 4–5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions , including acquisitions , dispositions , leasing , and development projects
• Expertise in real estate financing including debt or equity structuring required
• Strong drafting , negotiation , and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate acquisitions , dispositions , leasing , and development projects
• Provide legal guidance on real estate financing , including debt and equity structuring
• Draft , review , and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents , including purchase agreements , leases , and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence , including title and survey review , and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic , practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $275,000 – $305,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
