The Position:
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the owners and management team in their growing organization. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and plays a key part in coordinating administrative operations, executive support, and company-wide initiatives.

$70,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Experience with EHR systems and administrative software preferred
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or executive support experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday Through Friday 8 to 5
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
• Coordinate and prepare agendas, presentations, and reports
• Support planning and execution of events and company functions
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal communications
• Conduct research and support special projects
• Organize office logistics, meetings, and conference rooms
• Coordinate vendor relationships and office needs
• Support executive leadership with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
