Chat Support Clerk
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Clerk to join our team. As a vital part of our Administrative department, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and information through online chat platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and reinforce our commitment to excellence in the construction services industry.
Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding our construction services and project details.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and organized records of chat interactions.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor chat feedback and propose improvements to enhance the support experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
- Familiarity with chat support systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
