Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7A-7P or 7P-7A


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment in Macon, Georgia. This role involves working within a Level 1 Trauma Designation and teaching hospital environment, providing essential care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing hip, knee, and shoulder replacement surgeries, bariatric and spinal surgeries
• Manage cardiac drips and insulin drips, perform trach care and chest tube management
• Deliver care to patients with acute or chronic diseases, post-op surgeries, and common med-surg comorbidities
• Conduct IV insertion and care, central line management, and wound care
• Interpret telemetry, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and discharge planning

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS required
• BCR required - must pass EKG competency exam
• ACLS preferred
• National certification in Medical-Surgical or Nephrology Nursing preferred
• Minimum 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
