About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Account Manager to grow referral relationships and expand specialty infusion services throughout the West Atlanta market.

This field-based role is centered on face-to-face relationship building, territory development, and healthcare sales . You'll work directly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral partners to generate new business and help patients transition smoothly into infusion care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare sales professional who enjoys being in the field, developing referral networks, and taking ownership of territory growth.

What You'll Do

Territory & Referral Growth

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the West Atlanta territory
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital systems, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with current and prospective referral partners
• Identify new opportunities and grow referral volume throughout the territory
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with referral sources

Provider & Patient Support

• Educate providers, clinical teams, patients, and caregivers on available infusion services and therapies
• Coordinate with physicians, clinicians, payers, pharmacy teams, and intake teams to support smooth patient transitions
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the referral and onboarding process
• Help ensure an exceptional experience for referral partners and patients

Business Development & Education

• Promote specialty infusion services, therapies, and disease-state expertise
• Conduct in-services, presentations, and therapy education for healthcare professionals
• Increase brand awareness throughout the local healthcare community
• Develop new provider relationships and strengthen existing accounts

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with operations and revenue cycle teams on benefit verification and authorization processes
• Collaborate with business development, clinical, and executive leadership on growth initiatives
• Support continued expansion of ambulatory infusion services and future home infusion capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve referral processes and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals, grow referrals, or expand a territory
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently manage a field-based sales territory
• Strategic, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout West Atlanta
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered

Preferred Experience

Experience within one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

• Specialty Pharmacy
• Infusion Therapy / Ambulatory Infusion
• Home Infusion
• Home Health
• Medical Device
• Healthcare Services

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, benefit verification, and patient onboarding is also beneficial.
