Shopper marketing specialist, Tbilisi, Saburtalo
- Ensuring effective and timely execution of the commercial calendar.
- Supporting the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly trade marketing plans for the Snacks, Dairy, and Juice categories.
- Participating in the development of trade marketing activities.
- Executing trade activities effectively, including the production of in‑store materials and presenting initiatives to the sales team.
- Collaborating closely with partner agencies to develop effective trade marketing tools.
- Developing agreed planogram principles to ensure consistent in‑store standards.
- Supporting the development and implementation of commercial plans for launching and growing new products.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring specialized activities across different trade channels.
- Conducting regular field visits to evaluate execution quality and monitor competitor activities.
- Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar field
- Fluency in Georgian; English at B2+ level
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical experience in analytics and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in category planning will be considered an advantage
