Summary
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will leverage your core skills in construction management, project scheduling, and OSHA compliance to lead teams effectively. Your leadership and communication skills will be vital in coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders. Additionally, your proficiency in construction management software and blueprint reading will enhance project efficiency and quality control. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage site/utility work
- Ensure project milestones and safety standards are met
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Represent the company professionally while traveling across project sites
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a construction leadership role (Assistant or Superintendent)
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Site and utility experience preferred
- Multifamily experience a plus but not a focus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
