Property Management AssociateResponsibilities

• Coordinate tenant maintenance requests with property owners

• Manage maintenance activities across a portfolio of single-family homes

• Coordinate vendor invoices and payments

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with property owners and tenants

• Source and develop relationships with prospective vendor partners to support business growth

• Address tenant concerns and issues in a timely manner

• Maintain electronic records related to owners, tenants, maintenance, income, and expenses

• Schedule and oversee contract vendors and service providers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in single-family residential property management or a similar role

• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Strong understanding of residential property management operations

• Knowledge of real estate and property management regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant databases/software

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset

• Real Estate License is a plus
