• Deliver direct patient care in a home health setting
• Coordinate and manage patient care in collaboration with healthcare team
• Adhere to care plans and document patient progress accurately
• Respond promptly to emergencies with composure and efficiency
• Apply strong critical thinking skills to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
• BLS or BLS-I certification
• PALS or PALS-I or PALS-P (within 180 days) certification
• Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments
