Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding OTR opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight needs. We strive for weekly home time, though some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week, depending on the hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits such as vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, drivers can also qualify for dedicated accounts.
