Summary
The ideal candidate is a nurturing, dependable professional with a passion for working with children and a strong sense of responsibility. This dual-role position involves:
- Driving the school bus/van to pick up children from nearby elementary schools.
- Providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students during after-care hours.
- Supervising homework, coordinating indoor and outdoor activities, and managing classroom behavior.

- Drive safely along assigned routes and maintain punctual pickup schedules.
- Ensure children's safety during transport and after school activities.
- Build positive relationships with students and families.
- Support students in completing homework and engaging in enriching STEM-based play.
- Follow all safety, licensing, and center policies.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Prior experience working with children in a licensed childcare, camp, or educational setting.
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of safety and care.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience driving a school van or small bus (CDL not required ).
- Background in early childhood education, elementary education, or youth programs.
