The Consulate restaurant, a globally inspired fine-dining restaurant in mid-town Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Bar & Beverage Manager to lead our craft cocktail program and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
What we are looking for:
- Expertise in craft cocktails and beverage program development
- Strong customer service skills, honesty, good wine knowledge, and commitment to excellence
- Multicultural experience, and International hospitality knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all beverage inventories and ensure accurate tracking, maintain strong endor relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment,
- Deliver a consistently outstanding bar and guest experience
