El asociado del almacén es responsable de recibir, etiquetar y almacenar los envíos entrantes, evaluar el stock en busca de daños, mantener un registro conciso del inventario y completar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes.
Un asociado de almacén exitoso es trabajador, organizado y orientado a los detalles. Debería poder mantener buenos registros y realizar un seguimiento de las existencias entrantes y salientes para garantizar que los niveles de inventario se mantengan estables.
Responsabilidades del asociado de almacén:
- Recibir, procesar, etiquetar y almacenar el stock entrante.
- Mantener registros claros de todo el inventario y stock.
- Inspeccionar todo el stock en busca de daños y mantener registros de los daños.
- Organización del espacio del almacén.
- Preparación de pedidos para envío.
- Registrar los horarios exactos de llegada y salida de los envíos.
- Herramientas operativas de gestión de stock; por ejemplo, una carretilla elevadora.
- Contar existencias y llevar registros de inventario.
Requisitos del asociado de almacén:
- Un diploma de escuela secundaria.
- Experiencia con software de inventario.
- Excelente gestión del tiempo y capacidad de organización.
- Una certificación de conductor de montacargas.
- Resistencia física.
- La capacidad de ser un jugador de equipo.
Servicio liviano ($15/hora): Levantar y mover productos livianos en el área de recolección y reabastecimiento. Generalmente asignado a personal femenino.
Servicio pesado ($16/hora): Levantar y mover paquetes de productos pesados en el área de recolección y reabastecimiento. Generalmente asignado a personal masculino.
Operador de Máquina ($17/hr): Operación y mantenimiento de maquinarias logísticas.
Turno diurno: 7 a. m. a 4 p. m. , Måndag till fredag.
