We’re actively seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Fayetteville, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving strong financial results.
As the General Manager in Fayetteville, GA, you’ll oversee all daily operations including hiring and developing your team, managing food and labor costs, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive, energetic culture. You’ll have full ownership of P&L performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while leading a well-established location in Fayetteville, GA.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
