Outpatient Adult Primary Care

A well-established outpatient primary care practice is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join its adult primary care team. The practice has experienced sustained demand and is recruiting for multiple clinic sites due to continued growth and a steady influx of new patients.

• Typical scheduling includes approximately 2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour , allowing for manageable pacing.
• The practice does not manage major psychiatric care or chronic pain management cases.
• Administrative functions such as payer credentialing are supported at the organizational level.

This role offers multiple scheduling options to accommodate physician preference:

• 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day
• 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 administrative day
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours

There are no weekends , no hospital rounds , and light call responsibilities shared equitably among providers. Additional flexibility may be available based on physician needs.

Physicians work in a modern, well-equipped outpatient clinic designed for efficiency and comfort.

• Registered Nurses managing triage, prior authorizations, and care coordination
• Dedicated administrative staff

This structure allows physicians to focus primarily on direct patient care.
