We are a client-focused financial planning firm dedicated to delivering personalized advice and high-quality service. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is experienced in financial services operations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage advisor calendars and client scheduling using Redtail CRM
- Utilize Wealthscape through NFS to support account servicing and operations
- Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Work directly with custodians and product companies to process and service accounts
- Assist with client onboarding and documentation
- Maintain organized and compliant client records
Additional Information
Introductory Period: The first 90 days of employment will serve as an introductory period focused on training, system proficiency, and demonstration of accurate, independent job performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Wealthscape through National Financial Services (NFS)
- Experience using Redtail CRM for scheduling and client management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to be fingerprinted and pass a background check
Preferred
- Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management firm
- Familiarity with account opening, transfers, and servicing workflows
- Understanding of brokerage or advisory operations
