Job Summary

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Food Service Worker Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and food preparation spaces.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining events or service stations.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during preparation and serving processes.
• Conduct regular cleaning tasks including floor care and custodial duties to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns regarding food service.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in floor care, housekeeping management, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area.

Pay: $12.61 - $13.25 per hour
