POSITION: Lawn/ Landscape Maintenance LaborerREPORTS TO : Community Grounds Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn/Landscaping Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance services to both residential and our community properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a strong commitment to professionalism.
Requirements: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Mowing, weed eating, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance
- Pruning and trimming shrubs, trees, and hedges
- Maintaining clean and safe workspaces while on the job site
- Performing routine equipment checks and ensuring tools are in good working order
- Working efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong communication and professional attitude
- Must pass drug screenings and background checks
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs.)
- Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and other physical activities are associated with lawn care and landscaping.
