Shared Services Analyst

: Shared Services Analyst Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Shared Services Analyst. This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and will report to the Manager, of Financial Shared Services.

• PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor daily cash balances and initiate fund transfers
  • Ensure account balances are adequately funded to reduce fees
  • Monitor debt obligations, loan covenants, and interest rates to ensure compliance
  • Manage bank accounts, signatories, and related documentation
  • Work collaboratively across Accounting functions and cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, and Legal business partners
  • Communicate with banking partners on transaction research and/or issue resolution
  • Utilize internal systems or bank-provided platforms to access cash positions and make necessary business decisions
  • Perform journal entries as needed
  • Knowledge of cash budgeting, cash forecasting, and risk assessment preferred
  • Improve/Develop Cash Forecasting/Modeling tools
  • Responsible for handling timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly treasury reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline cash management processes and reduce associated costs
  • Continuously assess and improve treasury processes, leveraging existing and new technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Backup Billing Lead daily responsibilities
  • Respond to audit requests related to Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers to resolve invoicing questions
  • Ensure customer invoices are uploaded to invoice portals
  • Monitor requests for billing and credits to ensure timely processing
  • Oversee the daily distribution of invoices to external and internal customers
  • Effectively manage associates performing Billing and Treasury functions.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, accounting, or finance
• Must have knowledge of cash budgeting, cash forecasting, and the ability to manage risk assessment.
• Must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Flexible, organized self-starter with a track record of improving processes.

• Intermediate Computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of bank systems and service offerings
