Host, Capolinea - Signia by Hilton Atlanta

Come join our food and beverage team as a full-time Host for the Capolinea Restaurant at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta - where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Capolinea is our fine-dining, signature restaurant that spans traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines serving delectable handmade pastas, prime-cut steaks and tableside martini service!

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hosting or serving experience at a fine dining restaurant!

Shift Pattern: candidates should be able to work an evening shift, starting between 3/4 pm and ending between 11 pm/12 am anyday of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
