We’re looking for a smart, agile, and self-directed Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us build the next generation of marketing at our fast-growing real estate investment company.

Who we seek:

This is a critical execution role that supports the internalization of our marketing operations and lays the foundation for smarter systems, stronger reporting, and scalable growth. You’ll wear multiple hats—from digital content creation to campaign support—but your biggest contribution will be helping us track what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.

This is an ideal role for someone with a Swiss Army knife skill set, a sharp eye for detail, and a hunger to learn fast, move quickly, and grow into a strategic role over time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Reporting & Measurement – Your #1 Focus

• Track and compile performance metrics across all marketing channels: email, social, web, PPC, leasing, and investor outreach
• Create recurring performance dashboards and ad hoc reports for leadership using tools like Google Analytics, Meta, CRM platforms, and spreadsheets
• Help develop systems for smarter tracking and campaign ROI analysis

Campaign Support & Execution

• Assist with scheduling and deploying email, social media, and advertising campaigns, at both corporate and market levels
• Maintain and update content calendars, meeting notes, and marketing production timelines
• Coordinate with local teams to gather content, feedback, and performance insights

Brand & Content Production

• Design marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Suite: social graphics, flyers, ads, investor decks, etc.
• Write or edit basic copy for emails, social posts, landing pages, or digital ads
• Help maintain and update websites, landing pages, and social media channels

Reputation & Community Marketing

• Support efforts to increase Google reviews and respond to online feedback
• Research local sponsorship, event, and social media opportunities to strengthen community presence

Administrative Support

• Keep team documentation and SOPs organized and updated
• Assist with coordinating marketing-related invoices, vendor timelines, and logistics

Must-Have Skills

• Strong data skills: able to collect, analyze, and summarize performance metrics
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM platforms
• Comfort with design tools like Canva (Adobe Suite a plus)
• Understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
• Solid writing and editing skills for digital content
• Detail-oriented and proactive—able to prioritize and execute without handholding

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in real estate, property management, or with investor audiences
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere, or similar)
• SEO basics and familiarity with web CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
• Interest or fluency in AI tools to improve workflow (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, etc.)
