Role Overview
The Sales Consulting Coordinator (SCC) is a partner-facing sales operator responsible for owning post-sale execution for Harbinger’s Sales Consulting clients.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The SCC acts as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, guiding them through onboarding, building and launching their lead generation and omni-channel outreach systems, configuring and managing their CRM infrastructure, and, in some cases, directly executing sales outreach on their behalf.
The SCC is accountable for making sure each partner’s sales system is launched correctly, operated consistently, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Sales Consulting partners after contract close
- Lead partners through onboarding, launch planning, and early execution phases
- Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, and next steps throughout the engagement
- Gather partner feedback and translate it into actionable system improvements
- Maintain partner confidence, alignment, and clarity around the sales process
Lead Generation Strategy, Delegation & QA
- Coordinate lead generation efforts for partners, including:
- Delegating prospecting work to internal prospecting resources
- Reviewing, cleaning, and approving lead lists before delivery
- Providing structured feedback to improve lead quality over time
- Manage lead delivery cadence and ensure leads are sales-ready before entering outreach
- Align lead criteria with partner ICPs, territories, and capacity
Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution
- Design and build omni-channel outreach strategies tailored to each partner
- Create, edit, and refine outreach scripts, including:
- Email copy
- Call talk tracks
- SMS messaging
- Gift-based outreach concepts
- Review scripts and messaging with partners and implement revisions as needed
- Guide partners through gift strategy, sourcing, and ordering
- When applicable, manage gift inventory and coordinate shipments for partner campaigns
- In engagements where Harbinger executes outreach, run campaigns directly
CRM Architecture & Sales Infrastructure
- Set up and manage partner CRM environments (primarily Pipedrive), including:
- Account creation and configuration
- Pipeline and stage design
- Custom fields and data structure
- Workflow and automation setup
- Tool integrations (email, calling, tracking, etc.)
- Ensure partners understand how their CRM is structured and how to use it effectively
- Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and deal flow consistency
Sales Execution (When Applicable)
- In fully managed engagements, execute sales outreach on behalf of partners, including:
- Sending emails and follow-ups
- Making outbound calls
- Managing replies and objections
- Scheduling demo meetings
- Advancing deals through the CRM pipeline
- Coordinate handoff to partner closers when demos are booked
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor campaign performance and sales activity across partners
- Identify breakdowns in messaging, process, or execution
- Recommend and implement iterative improvements to outreach, lead quality, or CRM setup
- Provide internal feedback to improve Harbinger’s Sales Consulting systems and processes
Tools You’ll Use
- CRM & Sales Ops: Pipedrive, Hubspot, other similar CRMs
- Prospecting & Outreach: ZoomInfo, email tools, calling platforms
- Video & Gifting: Vidyard, Handwrytten, physical gift vendors
- Organization & Communication: Asana, Google Meet

Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience
Commission Structure : The SCC role includes a performance-based compensation component.
Variable compensation is tied to:
- The ongoing revenue of Sales Consulting partners managed by the SCC
- Sales activities executed on behalf of partners, including demo meetings scheduled
- Specific commission and bonus details are shared during interview and offer stages.
