Lead Pastor
The Lead Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader of the church, responsible for preaching and teaching, pastoral care, vision casting, and administrative leadership. This role works closely with church leadership and ministry teams to guide the congregation toward spiritual growth, unity, and faithful service.
