Job Summary:Exciting opportunity for a motivated Digital Talent Scout to discover and connect inspiring content creators with television broadcasting opportunities. This part-time position offers extraordinary earning potential of up to $4,720 monthly through strategic talent recruitment across diverse media categories.

Work Arrangement:

• Initial Position: In-office (within 25 minutes of PTWWN TV Studio)
• Work-From-Home Potential: Based on Performance Metrics
• Minimum 80% monthly contract goal achievement
• Consistent quality of signed contracts
• Demonstrated remote work productivity

Key Highlights:

• Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 AM - 2:45 PM
• Potential Earnings: $720 base + $4,000 potential monthly bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential content creators
• Develop and execute targeted telemarketing, social media, and email marketing campaigns
• Scout for talent across multiple content categories:
• Talk Show Hosts
• Ministry Leaders
• Cooking Show Creators
• Children's Program Developers
• Musicians and Performers
• Podcast Hosts
• Fitness & Health Experts
• News Commentators
• Family Entertainment Creators
• Entrepreneurs with Product/Service Platforms
• Schedule appointments for sales team
• Guide content creators through TV broadcasting and monetization opportunities
• Follow up with prospects across multiple communication channels
• Convert discovered talent into successful broadcasting partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication and persuasive phone skills
• Proven experience in telemarketing, digital marketing, or talent scouting
• Excellent research and organizational abilities
• Social media marketing expertise
• Performance-driven mindset
• Understanding of content monetization strategies
• Ability to identify and nurture potential broadcast talent
• Strong self-management skills for potential remote work

Compensation Details:

• Base Pay: $12.00 per hour
• Performance Bonus: $100.00 per signed contract
• Total Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to $4,720
• Base Pay: $720 (15 hours/week)
• Contract Bonuses: Up to $4,000 (40 contracts/month)
• Bonus Structure: Starts on 2nd contract fulfillment each week
• Uncapped earning potential

Remote Work Qualification Criteria:

• Minimum 40 signed contracts per month
• Maintain 90% communication responsiveness
• Weekly performance and quality check-ins
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Dedicated home workspace
• Professional video conferencing capabilities
