Base pay range $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsibilities Receive, move and process incoming stock, materials and shipments Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Maintain a clean and safe work environment Load and unload trucks, move and stack materials Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed Use common warehouse management software Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; training provided and proper inspections performed Shrink‑wrap and bag all pallets to prevent water damage Tape boxes with security tape to prevent tampering Input boxes of dealership files into the tracking system and prepare files for transfer to the floor Clean warehouse: keep boxes in place, floor clean, garbage removed Requirements Proven working experience as a Warehouse Employee Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license; company may run a MVR Core Competencies Maintain effective working relationships with employees Demonstrate knowledge of practices and procedures such as spelling and commercial arithmetic Keep records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Meet deadlines Complete work accurately Equipment Used Forklift Pallet jack Dolly Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Disability insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Schedule Monday to Friday – days, full‑time hourly position, expected 40 hours per week Required Experience Forklift and warehouse experience: at least 1 year Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr Dealer Services Network
