Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 75%

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Assign patient/family to appropriate clinical team member
• Supervise the planning, coordination, and delivery of the interdisciplinary group interventions.
• Provide supervision of support and clerical staff in cooperation with other members of the management team.
• Regularly assesses and reassesses the nursing needs of the Hospice patient.

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse
• Direct hospice experience within the past two years
• Leadership/Management experience
