This role is for someone who:

  • Owns every number
  • Moves jobs fast
  • Uses systems effectively
  • Protects margin like it’s their own money

Position Overview

The Senior Siding Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of siding projects—from turnover to closeout. This includes financial performance, field execution, subcontractor management, and accurate system reporting.

You will be expected to manage both field operations and digital systems at a high level.

  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure no surprises on project status

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce
  • Upload and manage jobsite documentation in CompanyCam
  • Track and manage expenses in Concur
  • Utilize Excel for budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Maintain communication through Outlook
  • Prepare documentation using Word and PowerPoint as needed
  • Utilize procurement/construction software for material tracking and ordering

Plans, Specifications, Submittals & Code Compliance (Critical Requirement)

This is a core function of the role, not optional.

You must have a strong working knowledge of:

  • Construction drawings (plans, elevations, details)
  • Project specifications and scope requirements
  • Approved submittals and shop drawings
  • Manufacturer installation requirements
  • Local building codes and inspection requirements

You will be expected to:

  • Review plans, specs, and submittals before work begins to ensure full understanding of scope
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between plans, specs, and field conditions
  • Ensure all installations align with approved submittals and manufacturer requirements
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and crews to execute work correctly the first time
  • Proactively address issues through RFIs and documentation—not after installation
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and passes inspections without delays
